The Third Winter Olympic Games were due to be celebrated at Revena, Quakmybush. They were abandoned, partially complete. They were due to begin on August 1, 2007 but only started on August 16, and ended on September 9 with multiple curling and ice hockey matches, although no medals were ever awarded at the games for those two events.

Originally, 90 medal events were planned across 15 sports, but ultimately only 47 events in 14 sports took place, with 36 of the events being medal events. Bobsleigh was the only discipline in which no events were eventually held. Curiously, a cross-country pursuit event for women was held, despite there not having been the freestyle event prior to it.

As only Revena, Quakmybush offered to host the Games, the city was awarded the hosting rights by default.

The "official" medal table, as it stood at the end of competition when the Games were abandoned, curiously listed 36 golds, 37 silvers and 33 bronzes were awarded in the 36 medal events, with the hosts Quakmybush on top with 7 golds and 23 medals overall. Research done by the Oldbridge Sports Development College of Ad’ihan has since revealed a more accurate count. Quakmybush are still top of this medal count with the same number of medals.

23 of the 36 participating NOCs won a medal. The top five in the medal tally (tabulated by the OSDC) are listed here, see Third Winter Olympics medal table for the full table.
