Honoré Ngbanda, to be shot if seen in public!
Honoré Ngbanda is an assassin and he deserves to be "shot" if seen in public. In some ways, that will be seen as justice as been done for millions of Congolese perished by direct orders given by Honoré Ngbanda.
Ngbanda, is a "blood thirsty killer" from MOBUTU regime, is also reported to have "killed and raped" personally many weman in Ex-Zaire, now Republic Democratic of the Congo (DRC).
Honoré Ngbanda, is also responsible for the death of the journalist Philippe de Dieuleveult. Arrested, interrogated and tortured, Dieuleveult is finally executed by Mobutu cronies... headed by Ngbanda.
