History

Early Life

Taisyia Rainard was born on February 24, 1983 in the Velra Province town of Kieounava, she was the fourth daughter of Vekaiyun immigrant Kirin Rainard and native Vulshainian Vikki Olekalexein. She has three older sisters: Anna, Natalka, and Cecilia, as well as two younger brothers Samuil and Erik.

Taisyia was a skilled dancer, swimmer, gymnast, and athlete, as well as skilled in Katagatz, a Vulshainian form of kick-boxing. However, she became talented in the arts as well, being exceptionally skilled in playing the violin and recorder. She was also part of her school's choir because of her beautiful singing voice. Unlike her older sisters who had varying degrees of tomboyishness, Taisyia wasn't. She was more quiet and shy.

Taisyia was the only one of the Rainard Children to win first place in the Young Martial Artists National Championships.

She also earned an Associate's Degree in the Fine Arts, specializing in dance, while attending a military academy. Thus, she earned a Military Specialist's Degree in Information Technology.

Military Career

Taisyia, like the other Rainard Children, except for Erik, joined the military, being assigned to the 3rd Vulshainian Guard Regiment. When not serving as a infantrywoman, she was the gunner for a TOS-1A multiple rocket launcher and later became commander of her unit, as well as the second-in-command of the 7th Battalion. She served in several battles, especially against separatists in the Ibius Confederate Province.

While a skilled gunner, her superiors were amazed by her skill and prowess in urban combat zones as her skills in fighting in close-quarters combat situations allowed her to take the fight to the enemy. Her skills where she served sometimes without backup or reinforcements gave her the nickname Lone Folf, folf being a combination of fox and wolf.

The news that her parents and many of the people she knew in Kieounava were dead destroyed her world. She continued to fight, but after the war was over and she was honorably discharged from the military, she disappeared.

Reunion

Taisyia was devastated after the war. Like the other Rainard Children, she blamed herself for not being able to save her parents' lives. She tried to go on living, but she couldn't. She eventually became homeless, living on the streets of Kitumang. However, as chance would have it, she was found by her grandmother, Queen Dowager Anatansya Olekalexein in January 2011, just a couple of weeks before her 28th birthday.

Taisyia was reunited with her little brother Erik the next day.

Taisyia was often very confident, but after the deaths of her parents and friends she seemed to have lost that confidence. However, she regained it after learning that both Samuil and Cecilia had never stopped looking for her.

She later served as the key speaker for the 2011 Day of the Victorious Celebration, reminding Vulshainians and foreigners alike to always remember those who gave their lives in the protection of their homeland.

Secretary of State

After reuniting with her brother, Samuil, she was appointed the position of Royal Secretary of State, making her in charge of policies and keeping records of the government. This made her the representative of the Monarch of Vulshain to the Royal Congress of Vulshain. While surprised, she gladly accepted her new role in her brother's administration and royal court. She greatly excelled in her duties, taking charge and assisting her brother and sister, Cecilia, in making things run smoothly.

Fighting Back

After returning home from Vekaiyu, Sam was shot with an injector bullet. Taisyia was able to keep her brother alive long enough for them to reach a hospital. Horrified at losing her brother, Taisyia agreed to take part in the raid on DIEIS HQ after it became apparent that DIEIS was behind the assassination attempt. She had to do some community service due to damages done to government property, but that the was only punishment for taking part in the raid. She continued her duties as Royal Secretary though.

Preparing for Cecilia's Wedding

Taisyia was very close to her three older sisters. They enjoyed each other's company a lot, having gone on a couple of adventures while growing up together. And now, a joyous occasion had happened: Cecilia was getting married! Taisyia was overjoyed. She knew she wasn't losing a sister, but that their family had gotten bigger: she had gained a brother: Laiatanese Commandant Stewart "Stu" Riskotov. Taisyia agreed to be one of Cecilia's bridesmaids. She was eager to help prepare for the wedding!

Personality

Taisyia is a quiet and shy vixen. Despite this, she is very confident in herself and will speak her mind when others need to listen. She was never a victim of groupthink scenarios, always being the voice of reason. She has an inquistive curiosity of engineering. In addition, Taisyia is not only organized, but neat and tidy as well.

She does have a certain quirk that baffles others: she loves plushies!

She is a very kindhearted and friendly vixen, who tries to make friends with others. However, there are some things that can cause her to turn from a sweet and shy person into an angry and aggressive fighter, such as injustice. She loves to help others, having acquired a strong sense of helpfulness towards others at an early age.

Skills and Abilities

Taisyia is a skilled martial arts, specializing in Katagatz. Like all of the Rainard Children, she is a superb acrobat, able to jump very high. This made her very good at basketball, despite her small size. Taisyia is also a skilled markswoman. She is also a talented dancer. One of her most unique characteristics is her strong force of will, as she trained until she had deadened all pain in her body, saying that things that would cause agonizing pain to others are just a mere pinch to her. She accomplished this by striking ironwood trees when she was young. She studied law enforcement while attending Kitumang Armed Forces University. She is also very talented in computers.

She also has a keen eye for details, making her a very wise choice for Royal Secretary.

She stays in shape when she can manage to squeeze in execrise and workouts into her schedule.
