The TSR-7 is the main mixed reconnaissance/tactical bomber aircraft of the Inutoland Air Force. First conceived in the 1960s, it became one of the most infamous pieces of "black" hardware in Inuto history when a multiple engine failure caused a late-model TSR-7 to crash-land in a nearby, friendly state in 1987. This incident was discovered by the press before it could be hushed up, and caused considerable diplomatic strain between the two countries.

The TSR-7, named the Condor, is not as stealthy as the famous SR-71 "Blackbird", but its performance is otherwise similar, with the added ability to carry a single standoff missile or small bomb load.

Some versions of the TSR-7 Condor replace the small bomb bay with more reconnaissance gear; this was until 1987 the "usual" semi-public face of the black project – when its existence was admitted to at all. The crashing TSR-7, however, was a mixed strike/recon version of the plane; the crash became headline news when this was revealed, and precipitated a diplomatic crisis.

The Condor is one of the older aircraft in the Inuto Air Force's order of battle, but its capabilities are still unmatched by anything that the Inuto high command have admitted the existence of.

Rumours of an advanced, stealthed "Super-Condor" of even greater capabilities persist in the Inuto intelligence-following community.
