Starblaydi Athletic Association

The Starblaydi Athletic Association (SAA) is the organisation that supervises all the athletics, from 'grass roots' and children's competitions to the national athletes and competitions of Starblaydia. It is also a department within the Starblaydi Ministry of Sport, of which Lord Rikaard Van Honjiik is the head.
The SAA is one of the seven founder members of the Olympic Upper Council, also part of the general Olympic Council.
