The Billopeshian Revolution is the name given to a series of political upheavals in Billopesha from 2005 to 2007, which resulted in the establishment of a new constitution that reformed the political system. It is considered one of the final stages of Billopesha's transition from an absolute monarchy to a full constitutional monarchy.

The period began with the Republican Revolution of 2005 initiated by the Republican Federation, resulting in the abdication of Richard VI and Linya and abolition of the monarchy (or diarchy). The diarchy was replaced with a semi-presidential republican government. The interregnum of republic lasted until imperialists led the Imperial Revolution of 2007, triggered by the assasination of Imperialist Enterprise leader, Max Trotter. Following this, Alexander Billopec, Richard VI's brother, came out of exile, took leadership of the Imperialist Enterprise and mustered an army to take power of Billopesha. The ensuing conflict forced the collapse of the republican government and the monarchy was restored, albeit usurped by Alexander Billopec and much more absolute.

In reaction to the usurpation, supporters of the original duumvirate of Richard VI and Linya (termed "duumirites") joined the Republican Federation in leading a coup, which successfully deposed Alexander IX and restored the duumvirate to the throne. The two factions then co-authored a new constitution in which republican elements were introduced and the diarchs powers were reduced.
