Resolution queue
From NSwiki, the NationStates encyclopedia.
The resolution queue is the top most section of the proposal list. It is comprised of only proposals that have received enough Regional Delegate approvals for quorum. Sometimes there are no proposals in the resolution queue, other times there can be more than one page of would-be resolutions awaiting vote.
Just because a proposal is in queue does not guarantee that the proposal is legal or that it will not be removed from the queue by the moderators. In fact, a number of proposals have achieved quorum only to have later been deleted by the moderators for a violation of one of the proposal submission rules. One of the most common reasons for a proposal being deleted after having achieved quorum is submission under the wrong category or strength level.
When multiple proposals have achieved quorum, they will wait in the queue in the order in which they were submitted, regardless of whether it gets to quorum before or after newer proposals.
