Menecrates was the first real graduate of the Spirits' Youth Academy, making his name as an Attacking Midfielder who can play anywhere in midfield, such is his two-footed ability. An excellent range of passing combined with speeds, great touch and the ability to hold the ball up made him the perfect lynchpin for the Starblaydia Under-21s side and a vital part of a young up-and-coming Corinthian Spirits side.
Such was his ability that he was named the Young Player of the Year for Season Five. He cemented his place in the public eye by scoring the Goal of the Season in his very next year.
As perhaps the most-potent attacking force in Liga Starblaydia, Menecrates was placed at the spearhead of Starblaydia's midfield for World Cup 25. The incredibly-talented proved just how good he was, scoring Starblaydia's equaliser in the Final with just 8 minutes to go in the match, setting up an outrageous 2-1 win over Rejistania to take Starblaydia's first World Crown at Football.
He then captained Starblaydia's drive to defend their crown, but was denied after a 4-1 thrashing by Crystilakere in the Seond Round of World Cup 26. For World Cup 27 he once more took the captain's armband in what would prove to be his last appearance for Starblaydia. He bagged his third international career hat-trick (a Starblaydi record) against Spaam in the qualifiers and also scored in the Finals against New Montreal States and Commerce Heights as Starblaydia went to the Semi-Finals, only to lose to eventual champions Bedistan. Starblaydia did, however, finish third as they defeated Squornshelous 3-0 in the Play-Off, allowing a fitting send-off to Menecrates' international career.
He finished his career fourth in Starblaydia's list of all-time goalscorers, with his tally of 29 goals behind only the legendary Simeone Di Bradini (44), Zhorin Tumunzahar (44), and Dasha Tolkacheva (32).
