[1] [2] Introduced by the nation Craigkennyland in July 2005, Mad Sheep Railgun Proposal serves as a prime example of an hilarious but illegal joke proposal under the Hackian Laws, along with Inflatable Gandalf Act. There is no record of the submitting nation accruing a moderator warning for the offense, but it is very likely it did.
