InterNationStates Cricket Council
The INSCC was founded to organise Cricket matches between NationStates nations. Its members were Legalese, Audioslavia, Kaze Progressa, Cockbill Street, Starblaydia, Vilita, NEWI Cefn Druids and Austro-Arabia, and these eight nations contested the first Cricket World Cup at the moment. However, due to lacking media coverage and sponsorship, the INSCC folded after the World Cup, with a few Test matches between the Druids and Krytenia having been held. The headquarters of the INSCC lie in Marylebone Road, Vimesbairn, Cockbill Street.
The INSCC aims for one World Cup every two RL months, and this may be assumed to be equivalent to four NS years. In between Cups, each nation is obliged to invite another INSCC nation to a home Test series. A nation does not only have to arrange one Test series - more are encouraged, along with ODI and Twenty20 matches. If a nation fails to do so or ceases between Cups, it will be deemed inactive and not invited to the next Cup.
Rumor has it that The People's Republic of Mah-Keh-Nak, in the Caribbean region, have put together a Test-level cricket squad, as well as a domestic first-class league, and are seeking nations with whom to contest Test cricket matches.
First World Cup
Audioslavia won the first Cricket World Cup, successfully chasing Kaze Progressa's total of 279 for 7 with two overs and two balls to spare.
