Early Life

Born native to Damanucus, Horgen attended university overseas, gaining a Bachelor of International Studies/Bachelor of Law. Upon his return from university, he became entwined with the Movement for Independence, led by Linard Skyre, and eventually joined Skyre's inner circle of advisors. When Damanucus was declared independent, and Skyre installed as Emporer, Horgen was immediately asked to take on the job of UN representative when the nation was accepted.

With the United Nations

Unlike Skyre, who had observed the UN for some time, Horgen was unfamiliar with the assembly outside of theory, and as such constantly refered to Skyre for advice. During this time, he also acted as Delegate for the region The Galapagos Islands. Fortunately, this tenure was brief, and when the World Assembly was established two years later, Horgen resumed his previous position in the new organization.

With the World Assembly

Initial period and exile

Horgen's first stint with the WA was short-lived, and in consideration an extension from his UN period. He had begun to participate less in debates, and blindly voted on resolutions. At the time, it was unknown to all around him that he had caught wind of the political tensions that were evident in Damanucus.

In 2009 Horgen and the entire delegation were removed from the WA and forced to return to Damanucus, which was now under the rule of President Dent Demesc. Horgen chose to remain by Emporer Skyre's side, and chose exile on Isla de la Santa. He remained there for the full two years, and worked with the underground network in restoring power to Skyre.

Return and second stint

Skyre's return to power brought with it Dush's return to the WA, along with a brand new delegation, as some of the previous delegation had been discovered working with Demesc to bring down Skyre. Now more confident with his diplomatic abilities, he confided less with Skyre (something with he appreciated, as it meant he wasn't getting calls at odd hours of the night). He also began taking a more worldly view towards proposals, eventually falling with the National Sovereigntists. He has, however, occasionally been at odds with them in regards to policies.

During a debate regarding the failed Biological Weapons Accord, Horgen, in a debate with the representative of Jedi2486, emotion within began to reach unhealthy levels. It was soon discovered that his health had begun to diminish during this time. As a result, Representative Intern Stephanie Orman began taking a more prominent place in debates, with the pair often tag-teaming during a debate.

Resignation

Dush and Orman served as part of the driving force behind the repeal of GAR#167, "Legalizing Prostitution". After the Alqania repeal passed, Dush announced that he was retiring from the World Assembly and his position in the organization. After his resignation, he became a full-time member of the University of Triolin's Law School teaching staff.
