Haile Siad al-Bashar

Haile Siad al-Bashar is the Emperor of Mengistua. Himself a Salafi Muslim, he has ruled in their name since taking power in 2004. Now he is threatened with Civil War with the Rebels centred in Qunaytirah. He has called upon all Muslims to aid him, but so far has only recieved aid from the fellow-Salafi Kingdom of Quezadria.
