George Brown is a Kennyite former diplomat who served the Fernanda Administration as deputy ambassador to the United Nations from 2005 to 2006, and ambassador to Rubina from 2007. Between those two assignments, he remained at the Kennyite UN Mission as "director of communications." While not known for any legislative achievements during his time at the UN, the "ill-tempered brute" was an effective mouthpiece for the State Department as deputy ambassador. From his initial 2005 appointment by President Fernanda, Brown had managed to tell off the Hackian ambassador, sexually harass the Thessadorian ambassador, get wrestled to the ground and muzzled by State Department staffers in front of the entire General Assembly, and make an all-around ass of himself.
