Immigration and Nationalization
Refugee Status
Nations that have been deemed to be violating human rights are placed into the red imigration category. All immigrants from that nation are considered refugees and, should they attempt to enter the nation they will be detained, and will be given the chance to contest exportation.
Student Visas
Student Visas may be given to members of yellow status or higher nations. These visas are valid for up to four years, and require current enrollment at a Kedalfaxian university or college. Students on these visas may leave the nation and return as often as they wish without the visa terminating. Visa holders must present their passport and student ID when entering the nation.
The Kedalfax Customs Status Chart
The KCSC is an easy chart that helps immigrants and visitors to find out their status. All nations start at Level Blue and their status moves up or down the scale depending on the strength or weakness of their relations with Kedalfax.
| Level | Description | Example Nations |
|---|---|---|
| Green | Nations in Level Green status have the most accessibility to Kedalfax. Visas are only necessary for stays of one year or more. Visas at this level last for ten years, and requests may be mailed to the Foreign Affairs, postmarked at least 30 days before the expiration, and must also include a picture taken at a registered Passport Photographer.
Requirements of entry: Valid government issued identification, birth certificate, or student identification card. |
