Euskirribakondara has participated in the WorldVision Song Contest since the 19th edition of said contest. Euskirribakondara impressed the world by achieving a 4th place on its first appearance, and breaking two records: the largest number of languages used in one song (already broken by Luziyca), and the largest number of non-heard languages used in one song.
The regulating committee is the EWVAD (Euskirribakondararen WorldVision Adar Delegatioa), which acts as a special branch of EUSK1, the national Euskirribakondarian broadcaster. The country bidded to host the twentieth edition, but received 77 points; 3 behind the runner-up Achalya Santis, and 5 behind the winner, Krytenia. Currently, Euskirribakondara stands somewhat succesful, being part of the countries that always achieve the top 10.
