Constitution of The United Region of Friends
The URF Constitution is binding to all URF member nations. Membership and residence of the URF signals an explicit agreement to all terms and values set out in this document. Failure to comply with the democratically selected rules will lead to ejection of the non-compliant nation (in Nationstates and on this forum). The Constitution may only be amended with a poll, which must be voted on by all three Ministers, the Vice President and the President of the URF, and have a 50% (of active members) turnout.

Article I
I. All nations in the URF are bound by law to the laws and declarations passed in these Chambers. All laws and declarations are subject to scrutiny and nations may call for the repeal of a law should there be sufficient support for the repeal.
Article II
II. The Criminal Rights Bill is incorporated into the constitution, thus should it be repealed, it will then require further constitutional amendment to be removed. Any Human Rights Bill to pass will also be subject to this incorporation
Article III
III. All citizens in the URF and its constituent nations are subject to the laws and regulations of each of the nations they are in, as well as URF regional laws. Nations laws must be compliant with URF regional laws. For example, you cannot pass a law in your own government outlawing free healthcare, whilst "Universal Healthcare" is in the URF Law Book.
Article IV
IV. All citizens of the URF are free to move without restriction between all URF nations. All URF citizens will be issued with URF passports, containing basic data including name, date of birth and a small picture.
Article V
V. All capital (defined as "wealth in the form of money or property owned by a person or business and human resources of economic value assets"), subject to the economic regulations of the URF and the nation(s) involved, is free to be moved from nation to nation. For example, all ± owned by one person in one nation is allowed to be moved or invested in another nation without restriction or undue taxation. The Bank of The URF, will hereby be established in each nation, and every citizen free to set up an account, which is valid in all URF nations.
Article VI
VI. The concept of military or submersive warfare between two nations in the URF is strictly forbidden. This is a region built on the values of peace and mutual understanding. The one area of the region this clause is non-obligatory is in the Role-Playing forum.
