Castelo Alto (Portuguese for High Castle) is the capital of the Grand Duchy of Seven Castles. It was founded in 413 by the King Balthazar I (born in 370, became king in 400 and died in 455). One of the oldest cities of Swilantis, is small, organised, with small growing rate due to its limits, by the North Swilantis Ocean by the North and mountains by the rest of its limits.
