Boldinia is an Special Administrative Region within the United Federated States of Edward City.

History

In 1964, after many pressures from demonstrators, in july 27th, 1964, the President of the UFSEC gave independence to Boldinia. In 1965, the newly created Republic of Boldinia organised it's first democratical elections, but democracy didn't last for many time. In November 11th 1968, an Air Force fighter jet shot down the President's Aircraft, killing President Roger Anderson and the President of Edward City, , who lost elections two weeks ago and was about to leave it's position. After the incident, General Michael Miller, who ordered the shoot down the president's airplane, blamed the Ibis Island indepenentists for the assasination. Two days after the "assasination", General Miller declared himself President of the Republic of Boldinia. This started an era of repression which lasted for 29 years.

Boldinian War

In 1997, a fighter of the Boldinian Air Force entered Edwardian Airspace and dropped 3 tons of bombs on a School killing hundreds. On the following day, the President of Edward City declared war on the small republic. After several months of heavy fights, the Edwardian soldiers took the Boldinian capital city, Port Harbridge, giving the war an end. On the following weeks, Boldinia was annexed and incorporated into Edward City.
