- Repeat championships are common in the AOCAF Cup.
- NEWI Cefn Druids and Pacitalia have both "three-peated", the former accomplishing the feat in AOCAF Cups 1-3 and the latter from Cups 30 through 32.
- Three nations have won back-to-back titles: Starblaydia in AOCAF Cups 7 and 8, Lamoni in Cups 17 and 18, and Pacitalia, twice — once in Cups 25 and 26 and again in Cups 36 and 37.
- Bazalonia and Krytenia have been the most frequent hosts of the tournament, having both done so four times.
Rankings
The AOCAF has its own set of rankings separate from the KPB Rankings. This is so traditionally strong footballing powers who have recently moved to AO cannot automatically overrun nations who compete regularly and often in the AOCAF but not in the World Cup.
